This role leads Viter’s artistic vision by overseeing all creative direction, choreography, musical integration, and production planning for both the dancers and choir. As head of the Artistic Team, the Artistic Director guides training, repertoire development, and the creation of innovative works that preserve and elevate Ukrainian cultural traditions. The successful candidate provides strong leadership, collaborates closely with the Board, and shapes Viter’s artistic growth locally and internationally.

This role collaborates closely with the Artistic Team to develop innovative repertoire, uphold cultural authenticity, and contribute to dynamic performances that unite dance and choral elements. The successful candidate will help shape Viter’s artistic growth while fostering a positive, disciplined, and culturally rooted environment for ensemble members.

This role supports Viter’s choral vision by providing high‑quality vocal training, thoughtful repertoire selection, and artistic leadership under the guidance of the Artistic Director. Working collaboratively with the Artistic Team, the Choral Artistic Team Member helps shape choral and combined productions that celebrate Ukrainian culture. The successful candidate fosters strong vocal technique and a positive ensemble environment while contributing to Viter’s artistic growth.
